is probably the most effective investment strategy you could adopt to lose all of your money. Most coins do not recover. At least with buying tops you're buying something that (so far) is showing price-action strength so it could conceivably keep going up and making you money (e.g. historically most people that bought the Bitcoin top still eventually make money if they hold).
