DUDE i just LOVE the hustle and bustle of the big city, it’s so DYNAMIC and makes me feel like i’m in one of my favourite TV SHOWS. you should totally come on down to my studio apartment, it’s got EXPOSED RED BRICK walls and everything, we can crack open a nice hoppy ipa or three and get crazy watching some cartoons on adult swim! and dude, dude, DUDE, we have GOTTA go down to the barcade- listen here, right, it’s a BAR where us ADULTS who do ADULTING can go DRINK. BUT!!!! it’s also an ARCADE like when we were kids, so we can play awesome VIDEO GAMES, without dumb kids bothering us. speaking of which megan and i have finally decided to tie the knot- literally -we’re both getting snipped tomorrow at the hospital, that way we can save money to spent more on ourselves and our FURBABIES. i’m fuckin JACKED man, i’m gonna SLAM this craft beer and pop open another one!!!

As a young black boy (I'm no longer a boy; I transitioned.) growing up in the drug war torn ghetto of 1980s bedstuy Brooklyn, I was a latch key kid and come home to an empty house after school, and I would watch Full House.

I loved watching the Tanner family and their lives in the Golden State.

After watching them, living in San Francisco became my dream.

I would imagine myself all grown up, owning a house on that slanted street with my own family, driving across the Golden Gate Bridge in a convertible, wind blowing through my hair while listening to Huey Lewis and the News.

My dream never came true.

And I gave up on it when housing became unaffordable for someone like me.

For a million dollars you can buy a place in an iconic location in NY or Sam Francisco. Well, try Australia bros. Median house price in Brisbane is over a million AUD. There's no Sydney Harbour here. It's just a non descript city on a river. You pay ridiculous prices for an okay place ina second tier city.

I live in the city and can afford to do all those things but I cannot afford a farm on which to raise a family. The only pricing out that happens is the other way around, namely city fags are trapped as renters in the new-age concentration camps we call cities. They cannot afford to pay their way out so they suffer and die childless after a hollow existence experienced through liquid crystal displays.

Top kek reminds me of when I would play sims as a kid. Speedrun my way to getting a graveyard beside the pool, by killing a bunch of people ASAP. For real what in the ever loving fuck this layout is horrible. How is this even legal? I thought america was retarded when it came to zoning/code. This is a condo right its not some slum crackshack housing a bunch of spics and niggers. How on earth was this given this OK. Also why would you not idk spend the 1-4k and divide the corner by the window into a tiny galley kitchen putting up a partial wall/bar.

I swear living with 300-400 sqft is simple if you set up the correct layout like for real. This place is a kitchen that was some how walled up and given the OK to be sold as a condo. Why is their a fucking full size dishwasher I bet the sink is massive too. srsly who the fuck would sign off on this. I bet the condo fees are like over 1k a month too
