Link has a had a huge amount of material come out of /biz/, engagement with events, promoting blockchain earnestly. I've made quite a few things that still get shared around. Then you have the fact that investment itself funds operations.

it wasnt until the recent ftx blowup that enough liquidity at low enough price was present for him to really close his giant short position

yes, all the manipulations went through ftx, whatever is left of the big shorters that arent already totally dead dont have an avenue anymore to facilitate them like ftx/sam did
the only other casino on scale is binance and cz is way too smart/in it for the long haul to risk his entire empire by allowing people to paper short tokens on his exchange

on the less positive side: crapstaking 0.1 and another 2 years wait is a really bad announcement
