According to dfinity's docs 1T cycles costs $1.30
1T cycles = $1.30 = 0.28 ICP
729T cycles = $947.70 = 206 ICP

At this rate 1 million ICP would be burned and consumed as cycles in about 4854 days (13 years). In this time period, node providers will accrue 57.6 million ICP (based on last month's node provider distribution).

A lower ICP price means more node provider rewards (in ICP terms), but developers will have already converted their ICP for cycles before the price goes down. I'm thinking the death spiral is here.
