Nice bait, but to answer the question: the metaverse and the internet in general are both dependent on commodities to function. The metaverse needs electrons to power it, and energy commodities and metals are used to generate those electrons and transport them to where they are needed. Physical commodities are also used in the manufacture of the computing hardware that forms the underlying substrate of the metaverse. You need us. We don't need you.

Listen up platinum chads. In an earlier thread last week I broke the news that the US DoD is making available Defence Production Act funding to Canadian owned/operated/situated mining companies, particularly those focused on battery and green energy metals. I'm also the anon who first told you about Clean Air Metals (AIR.V) platinum group metals + nickel/copper project over a week ago. It turns out AIR is one of the Ontario-based mining companies that is being considered! Also listed is Canada Nickel, which some anons have discussed in the past. So far we only know about some of the Ontario-based projects, no idea about the rest of Canada yet.

From the article
>The 2s/10s curve is its most inverted since 2000, and the last time six-month T-bills yielded this much more than 30-year bonds was 40 years ago.

>History shows that an inverted 2s/10s yield curve - when two-year borrowing costs are higher than 10-year rates - almost always precedes recession. Funds' record short position in two-year Treasuries futures suggests that's exactly what speculators are positioning for again.

This is why I'm expecting a fed pivot but time is short, like my benis, so I'm also feeling skeptical about it as the date approaches.

>Wasnt there a massive silver shortage in 2021?
Every day there is a massive silver shortage, if you listen to people trying to sell you silver. Standard sales technique, try to create fear that you will miss out if you do not buy now before its too late. Next day same thing. If the price of silver increases enough, there is more production, more recycling, more sales from investors to increase supply. The funniest shit you will ever read is the retards who write that the bayhorse stock price will moooooon when the price of silver increases in just two weeks because bayhorse is profitable at $10 silver, even though bayhorse does not and cannot produce any silver. It all makes perfect business sense if you are retarded and want to throw your money away.

They want other people to buy silver to prove that the person making the 'sale' isn't crazy. If I can talk you into agreeing with me, maybe I'm not crazy. If I can talk you into risking your resources to agree with me, then obviously I'm not crazy.

this is also how church works, so you can find a lot of religious types already predisposed to joining cults doing strange stuff like trying to get you to buy silver even if they don't make a cent when you do.

Yes I am in the mill doing visual checks on the machines, we communicate via hand held radios, mainly hosing up slurry and finding leaks and making sure the machines haven't stopped working. It ks a huge operation and and opportunity I haven't had before. The iron is extremely good quality and the company has a method of transporting it other mines dont have which saves them money. I have reading material and can complete the questions to progress up the ranks by completing paperwork. The Iron Ore is extremely hard on the equipment, we also have huge costs of tyres, fuel, moving parts, labour, plus the mine pays for food, accomodation and cleaning services etc for the workers. I definately enjoy it, some workmates I can tell get sick of it because of the repetitive nature of the work and being away from home.

In the mill doing Concentration. The Ore is dug out of an open pit and loaded onto 200 ton dump trucks, it is dumped into a huge crusher, it goes onto a conveyor belt and sent to the mill, there it is put through different mills while being mixed with water, then it is put through different machines including magnetic seperation and concentration, then it is made into a slurry and transported via pipepine and turned into pellets and shipped to China. I dont think im allowed to say much because I would be giving away company secrets.

I didn't get a chance to check charts tonight but I will try and get to it tomorrow.

Gary savage says we are full on in bull market rally for gold and that it's not slowing down for at least another couple months and he is strongly saying that we could have seen the eight year cycle low for gold and that the moonshot is beginning. He says that oil is likely to churn sideways for six months but that it is building a giant cup and handle pattern, the first half of the bowl anyways. He says that stocks are likely to tally much higher and rhat we might have not seen the top yet.

You can pull up the charts for gold, oil, and stocks and see this for yourself. Gold is on a clear breakout, a very strong one. Oil is clearly putting in the first half of a cup and handle formation.

Wouldn't call them a shitstock, but I'm also a bit sceptical about their leadership, I think they overpaid for Great Bear. If I had to buy a senior I would go with them though as you get like twice the production per dollar invested compared to their peers.
>>52569700
The reason for their stock crash is that their new mine, Magino in Canada, had a huge overrun in capex to build, I think something like 100% more than what was originately expected, it's crazy. They are going to end up paying like US$700M for a 10ktpd OP project, but they may have "over invested" in some things as they have been planning to expand to 20ktpd at some point. So they ended up having to do a huge equity raise to plug the funding requirement to finish the project and their stock crashed. Also their heap leach operations have been increasing in cost so the fall in gold price has been especially hard on them as well. Some mgmt positions were swapped out after the disaster. Their new CEO seems decent I guess. Right now they are a super leverage play to gold but they will also have like US$250M in debt when Magino is built and relatively high cost operations. Leverage goes both ways obv.

>although the grade is nothing to boast about
No and the strip ratio is almost 4 I believe, so I don't think it's going to be a low cost mine exactly, but it should make decent money even at current gold price and it has a very long mine life. Most risk is probably out of the way yes, but you never know when they start up operations, always a small risk that something goes wrong or is not as expected. Should be a simple op though. And they have the UG upside, don't think the drill results have been that great but it seems like they could probably get a couple hundred k ounces from there.
