To be fait it wouldn't have been the best idea to get into another big war right after finishing a war (George V was rightfully worried about being overthrown back then too) but he conciously made the decision to not get involved knowing the outcome and that it would cost the life of his "Cousin Nicky".

Originally made from clay, reeds, or wood, the majority of the flutes are made of metal right now such as nickel silver, silver-plated brass, gold, or silver. See the cost of flutes.

On the other hand, there are 2 basic types of piccolos, namely, metal piccolos that are known to respond easily in spite of having unrefined sound, and wooden piccolos having more flexibility as well as sweeter sound.

Metal piccolos are usually used in marching bands while their wooden counterparts are typically used by advanced and experienced players. Wooden piccolos are more costly and need more care since wood can become cracked

>Bury your gold in your back yard. Schizo bonus if you bury tin cans on top of your stash to fool metal detectors. This only works if you own the yard. Be careful not to forget that you buried your stack.

If you store it in a safety deposit box, you run the risk of the government breaking in and stealing everything and refusing to return it.

Pic related. In 2021, the FBI stole $86 million in PMs and cash from a safe-deposit company under the guise of stopping a money laundering scheme. Even though it was discovered that they had misled the judge into giving them the warrant, in 2022 the courts still ruled that they couldn't be sued.

Bankers import diversity to cause class struggle and bring in communism in which the bankers will take and own the private property.
Digital currencies will control your bowl of rice per day and block you from rights if you are not a good goy.
Physical gold and silver is the only way we can avoid this hellish death.
Their subversion is like the boiling frog, slowly they tax you and take away the money and property of the middle class.

Sorry for the late reply! It's one of my favorite beers. Lindemans is pretty sweet because it's a young Lambic, so it'll have more sugar in it. Lambics give off a sour/tart taste because the yeast secretes lactic acid as it eats the sugar. It's all natural bacteria (from the outdoors), they don't load it with packaged shit like big breweries do. I thinks it's 70% hops/barely and 30% wheat.

The lindemans are pretty weak depending on the batch/flavor you get (usually 2% - 4%). It's takes them about 1.5 years to make their main products like the bottle of the left.

The Brooklyn on the right is an Ale instead of a Lambic, but they brew it very similarly. The Brooklyn is 6 years old. Still made with raspberries and aged in a wood barrel.

If you like sour stuff, give it a try. If you go to Lindemans site, you can find a store near you. Raspberry is the most popular, but they make Apple, Cherry, Currant, Peach and Strawberry too.

Yo, Pan Man, forgot to check your dubs last thread:

>oh also the wider the sluice the more water flow your going to need. Too narrow and you blow all your fine gold out with to much aggression in flow. You want a nice set of rapids in your sluice, you want a nice sharp back eddy in riffle bars or on your bed to force gold down into the mat.
Also, thanks for the input. Very helpful!
Currently watching
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AX7mvacXTzY
and that fits right with what you're saying. He's obviously trying to sell his mats and gear (can't really blame him), but that vid also seems like a pretty good primer on sluices. Lots of stuff is obvious (hurr, durr, trickle like low flow and a 5 inch bar isn't gonna work...), but it's pretty well put together.
But I definitely need a sluice with a removable mat, so that I can change or mix up, if needed when I figured out my system and needs (or one that's so cheap that I don't care about just not using it, but I doubt I'll find a sluice for, say 25€). But it seems for the start, it doesn't really matter which one or which brand, as long as it's got a few different catch zones.
Seems like I could also just jury rig some extension where I add .5m of miners moss or very fine riffles below my sluice, if I find I'm blowing out fine gold.
Just two more questions:
>oh also the wider the sluice the more water flow your going to need. Too narrow and you blow all your fine gold out with to much aggression in flow.
I probably could simply clamp some wood to the side(s) of a wide sluice, thus making it narrower. Sure, gonna change the flow a bit, but if anything, I'd expect some vortices where the wood touches the mat, so probably sucking gold under the wood, instead of blowing it out.
And what's the deal with those inspector rubbers some sluices have at the funnel, and some don't have?
(Pic semi related. The amphibolite making up most of my heavies. REally nice rock, but really annoying)

The reason that worked with BTC is because it has an inherently finite supply. The Fed will never issue a currency it can't create at will. Any currency the Fed issues (with the one exception to follow) will just be more fiat that demonstrably always LOSES value over time.

But the point all of the Fed coin fuds are missing is that the USA no longer rules the world, financially or otherwise. The USD is still king, but the throne is tottering and there is a coalition of usurpers waiting in the wings. Whatever the USA/Fed tries to do to replace the USD, it will have to compete with what other coalitions of countries are doing. The days when the USA can force its currency on the world will pass with the demise of the USD.

The forgoing is more than just speculation. It is a near certainty. The only thing speculative about it is the time frame. The following is more speculative.

The coalition of usurpers, led by the BRICS, will need to offer up a currency with some inherent credibility. Nobody is going to take a new Chinese currency at face value. The BRICS know this and are already talking about a commodity backing. One thing the BRICS all have in common is gold and gold has been the world's money for most of history for some good reasons. I think it is likely that the BRICS, in coalition with the Muslim countries and maybe the EU will issue a gold-backed trade and reserve currency to compete with whatever the USA tries to float to replace the USD. The gold-backed currency - if it is fully redeemable - will beat any fiat Fedcoin. If it wants to retain a share in the market of trade currency, the USA will have to issue its own gold-backed currency. They might try to keep it out of the hands of the US citizens, but that will also fail because of the pressure of international trade. And voila! the Latin Monetary Union lives again.

What I learnt especially from the lockdowns is that the global governements are all under the same international thumb.
Are you not aware that the communist CCP controls its citizens with social credit scores, South Africa uses it's black population to control the produces with policies like BBBEE and has recently made expropriation of property without compensation constititional.
It's about POWER now. Accepting a digital currency is submitting to total corporage-communism.
If it is backed by commodities, it is still digital and will be used to force a global communist diversity agenda on people.

As soon as you accept the notion that there is some kind of all-powerful global elite that controls everything, there really is no point in further discussion. More importantly, if you accept that notion, there is no point in trying to resist. And that is the underlying agenda of the "all-powerful elite" fud - resistance is futile. It's part of the demoralization agenda. I reject it entirely.

I may be misjudging the enemy. But there are two ways to do that. If you underestimate the power of your enemy, you die in glorious battle. If you overestimate the power of your enemy, you die a lingering death in chains. Between the two, I choose the former. I hope you will too.

Is it feasible to use a refinery in Germany or Switzerland? As anon said you could also try getting nitric acid if that is possible for individuals in Europe and setting up your own backyard/garage refining operation, then you could cast .999 silver knuckles or reproduction Nazi theme items and be able to sell for really high premiums if you were forced to liquidate a bit of shiny for some reason. I bought a bigass batch of silver scrap yesterday, dozens of pieces of flatware and assorted trays and hollow-ware items, no pics of the hallmarks or mention of sterling so it was $216 shipped and while a lot is clearly plated I recognize some of the patterns as definitely being sterling and think there could be over a kilo of silver in the batch, I'll know when it's delivered in a week or so. Bought a cool batch of junk drawer junk this morning for $21.14 total after redeeming some eBay points and I'm watching another extremely promising batch of like 180 pieces of silverware ending in a few days, again no mention of sterling or pics of the hallmarks but I recognize the old patterns as being solid sterling and think there could be 150+ozt in it, I'm prepared to bid over $1000 so hopefully it works out and I'll have another magnificent cheapie to share with my scrapperbros. Here's the pic, the main attraction for me was the big 34 gram 39mm "Niños Heroes" Mexican 50 pesos bimetallic sterling silver center coin, made between 1993-1995 and containing exactly 1/2 troy ounce of pure silver, modern silver coins made to actually circulate are awesome and this will be a damn nice chunker to fondle and daydream about silver money returning once again. They're worth $40 so that alone pays for everything, however the pair of earrings at the top look like 14k gold (~$60 melt if so), the stopwatch is worth a few bucks and the tarnished silver hearts look like sterling too. At worst I get the 50 peso silver coin I've wanted for a long time for 1/2 of retail so I literally can't lose on the batch, luv me cheapies bros.

Prussia, swiss miss, roosters, $5 US something.
Run of the mill stuff you can get anywhere.
I'm not sure I have a favorite. I like the nostalgia of thinking who held them, what it meant to them, and what those people were going through.
I remember in grade school carrying $1.10 to school every day for a hot lunch and a carton of milk. There were days I forgot or lost that money and I didn't eat.
I love soaking and putting world silver in holders as my mind drifts off to who held that coin and for what. I have had many late nights where I have been brought to tears being surrounded by coins and my thoughts.
Whether it be a 1930's Cuba coin or 1940's UK coin, or 1900's Canada coin ... you name it.
I picture a kid in that era grasping that as if life depended on it for lunch. Or a poor, elderly lady losing that coin and being destroyed. I see the bombings of London and communist revolution and every painfully cold and miserable Canadian winter.
And each of those coins could have provided a meal in their timeline. And that coin can still do that today. And God willing, when I die that coin will still be there and handed down to my kids who can be treated to a meal on me.
Gold coins are that on a much higher level, but I suppose my day to day income gets a bigger high from picking up those silver coins.
