In the past 3 years AI research have made huge leaps forward. At this point in time, generating new content, like realistic images or artistic masterpieces, has become (nearly) affordable to the everyday pleb, thanks to Stable Diffusion (it's fucking free), Midjourney, DALL-E and other lesser known AI. The output images are rarely perfect there are still a lot of artifacts, like Stable Diffusion struggling with hands. The output images can be further refined using tools like inpainting, img2img or just plain old Photoshop. If the workflow is done properly, AI artists gain an unbelievable competitive edge over your traditional artists. There is no comparison. Not using AI in your art puts you in a significant disadvantage.

There are others AI for other types of content creation. Text, music, animation, 3D models, you name it. The progress is not the same though, image generation is leading the way, other content generation AI are lacking behind. At least for now, and given the amount of progress made in AI over the past years one can safely assume that AI-assisted content creation will be the norm in the near future.

We are in 2022 right now. AI-assisted content creation is at it's utter beginning. The tech is improving fast and it becomes cheaper and cheaper to use. How do we (I) profit from this growing market ?

just follow the lead of the engines. It's the same as learning anything.

Chess GMs are re-learning how to play from AlphaZero, which is self-taught and rendered all the old gambits obsolete.

Poker pros are learning from Pluribus, which taught itself multi-player NLHE and is unbeatable now, because it created new strategies.

Find an investment NNUE that is self-taught and set it and forget it.

subliminal's work best in the obscured message is naturally provocative on an emotional or animalistic level. Such as hiding the word "sex" in an image. Just as you can not look at a word without hearing it in your head, your mind hears the word "sex" in the deepest part of your brain when you see the word but don't consciously recognize it. This causes latent, subtle, and inexplicable arousal in the subject.

What about a website (similar to lexica) where users can post/sell their creations ? A youtube channel dedicated to AI art ? There aren't any youtube channels dedicated to AI afterall. What about a convenient app that allows users to generate images on their phone ? I need more inspiration

As an ai art enthuist, I will addmit that is an artist just used this stuff as a tool they could create some great stuff. like using img2img to help with rotoscoping.
But instead they mourn their death before the reaper has came to collect

THIS. You fags fail to understand the consequences of the AI revolution. It means the supply will be infinite, which means it won't worth shit, will be basically free. The real winners of the revolution will be the hw/sw suppliers and the consumers of the goods.

The former is mainly NVDA and maybe INTC, AMD is less likely (they fucked up, ignored the deep learning industry too long). And some cloud providers.

On the consumer side I'm less sure, maybe marketing agencies?
