HOW TO MAKE IT (ANYONE CAN DO THIS)

STEP 1: Buy a house. Acquire the capital to purchase your own house and land.

STEP 2: RENT THE ENTIRE HOUSE, OR ROOMS IN IT.

Step 3: CONTINUE to build capital, and buy your second home (ideal age 25)

Step 4: Rent 1st house out completely, live in second house. If you can't sustain yourself from your first rental property then you should rent rooms in your second home.

Step 5: buy more rental units to increase your wealth as you age. Once you have enough rental units (probably by 45 if you play your cards correctly) you will have enough wealth and passive income to live comfortably for the rest of your life securely. And since you own at least one house you won't ever have to worry if your life falls apart, you'll have a roof over your head.

Congrats, you made it. You have a stable life. You're not a crypto millionaire but you aren't poor either.
