The one in question was probably the later set of transfers which went into a multisig wallet. The first 'hacker' is the one with hundreds of millions of ETH and I doubt is the Bahamian gov

1. What's Sam going to do? I'm sure the Bahamas has the goods on him, ie bribery, wire transfers, etc.
2. Even if they don't the Bahamas could fully cooperate with the US gov't in exchange for more "aid."
3. The Bahamas is a government and could actually arrest him, put him in jail AND take his cash?
4. The Bahamas could work with the US Gov't to recover say, $850 million out of $1 billion or whatever. Pocket the other $150 million.

I really want the Bahamas to seize his $40 million penthouse, give it to corrupt officials and have sick limbo parties with big booty hos sipping coconut milk and shit. This gets more bizarre by the day.
