The other concept is a website which sells "crypto advice" for 550$, i have a domain name ready called "***-investment.com", and i plan to fake reviews aswell

Both are criminally and civilly actionable. The first one will get you sued and you could be charged with fraud if you accept money. The second one is even worse, because you are offering a service that is state and federally regulated without the proper licensure and committing fraud.
