I think gold is valuable because aliens value it and the royal bloodlines of the world know that. They're the ones who seemed to be most obsessed with it, for example in South Africa when Britain invaded the Dutch colonies there to steal the gold. That or it's just scarce and that matters for some reason idk. I doubt it's about jewelry, since people wear gold jewelry mostly *because* it's valuable, to show off their wealth.

There's new methods of extracting gold from the tiniest fragments mixed with dirt and dust. Not sure how this bodes for supply. But like I said; Judaism, gold markets are heavily controlled and regulated.
