The first products to use Chainlink price feeds, EthLEND (now AAVE) and Synthetix, became titans of DeFi summer. Will the BUILD early adopters have a similar trajectory?
Personally I'm pumped for:

Multichain on/off chain database bridge for very fast querying and analytics, fully decentralised.

Similar to GMX but with tweaked parameters, Mycelium was top 20 on cryptofees.info during the recent volatility, with 70% of fees paid out to token holders, despite having a 15m cap and being rank #730. This is my long shot 100x yolo for the next bull. Perp DEXes are hot meme now that FTX is dead.

Awesome product that has been more relevant than ever this year, "real" inflation data taken from millions of live data points. Not sure how or why a token is necessary, though.

any details about how the build allocations will actually be split? when CLL drops staking on dec 31 11:59:59 I assume that some will be kept by CLL and some will be given to stakers. Will this be a 50/50 split? one time airdrops? trickled out over the course of the year?

It's barely different. As far as I know it's just GMX with a few paramaters tweaked. I wasn't actually that interested in Mycelium until I saw them on the cryptofees leaderboard. Hard to ignore the fact that a rank #700 shitcoin earned more fees in a day than, say, Avalanche or Solana.

Going through the other projects now:
>Bitscrunch
NFT analytics based in Germany and backed by Coinbase Ventures. My initial impression is "meh" but at least they have a relatively unique usecase in providing better analytics data for NFTs.
>Krypton Protocol
These guys were participants in the 2021 hackathon who are working on a front running and MEV resistant DEX. With the close Chainlink integration maybe they're an FSS early adopter. Hard to get too excited about another DEX but see how it goes I guess.

The system operates just fine without any LINK staked right now. Plus, this is not even staking. You're just providing liquidity for the Big Mac to drop the mayo on your head. If voluntarily locking your tokens indefinitely makes the network soooooo secure, they why doesn't Sirgay lock up all 300 Million of his tokens? Hmmmmmm? But if you're not selling your Chainlink either way it makes no difference. If someone plans to hold LINK for 10 years then staking on v0.1 gets them more LINK and BUILD projects, whereas not staking gets them nothing.
