Every time a panic dump happens since we had the ATH there have always been some people on twitter and a few on reddit who get worried because their buy/sell/transfer takes too long. They try again after errors an hour or a few later and it works. Not ideal for those unlucky few but clearly work is to be done during the bear market to handle the heavier traffic that hit Crypto.com. (remember they exploded in growth past anything they expected)

As far as that wallet transfer of theirs goes with the 400M it's already been explained multiple times if you were keeping up.

All they did was transfer their ETH from one of their own wallets to another of their own corporate white listed wallets. They had no risk of sending to a random person or an address that wasn't theirs. Further clarification is that the help they received was from GATE.IO who upped their xfer limit for the day to get the full amount back immediately to the main wallet so they could then send to the proper new cold storage wallet they wanted to.

P.S. I don't care about your made up stories and if your friend is having a problem on an exchange tough fucking luck. We all have problems with exchanges from time to time and this isn't even a problem with crypto alone. Try looking up horror stories in regular finance, you're not special nor is crypto.com unordinary in having transfer issues with individuals. Shit happens.
