i started doing youtube shorts and thought i was doing good until i looked at other channels

people with millions of views still with no subscribers and their regular videos still get 0 views.

Sounds like you're depressed and already made up your mind that it wont ever be good.

What you're implying is that the optimal situation is that you will do it perfectly from the start and be a god at it after a short time, do you realize how delusional that is?

That sort of thinking is again, insecurity. Everything you touch will be infected by this, and that is incredibly dangerous. It's imperative that you let go of this mindset and stop thinking in the shadow of others, I think you're smart enough to realize what kind of path you're paving for yourself by doing this.

If you bring that energy into it, obviously it will never work. If you really want something to work you need to be positive and to enjoy the process, not the end point. I had a lot of trouble with this in my life, rushing to get to the end. Slow down, you'll make it eventually.

This is completely true, if you let large things inconvenience you, everything will eventually set you off.
