Panicking never gets you anything. You can only benefit selling at a loss if you think your asset is gonna keep going even lower, which in the case of XLM I don't think is likely. It dipped shittons already and it's tiny market cap with solid fundamentals and IRL use behind it, it can't crash and burn completely like BTC might.

Thankfully this coin isn't in the major hype cycle yet, so we won't suffer full pump and dump shit like IOTA for example has to take.

Overall I would expect some dips, especially during BTC panics (which we will see quite a few of in the comming months) until things become unlinked from BTC and ETH or LTC (or something other with less volatility ... maybe a payment coin?) becomes the new trading standard.
