Okay. Here's what you do.
Download a brute force program that allows you to input phrases to try.
Then you input your most common pass phrases and combinations and select the length of the 12-word safety phrase and start running it.
It can take a minute, or it can take a month. Maybe you'll never crack it.
If you're totally fucked, then this is your best chance.
