The first step was eth going pos so the SEC could claim jurisdiction over it. But as everyone knows SBF FTX, 3AC, CELCIUS ,VOYAGER, TERRALUNA, literally everyone in the crypto sphere is over leveraged to shit and operating on so much debt it makes 2008 look like childs play.
