There is a fundamental misunderstanding here of what "proof of reserve"
is. Chainlinks operation ensures that its
not being misrepresented by anyone, and is verified by third party nodes constantly. if Binance goes offline due to
ddos or scam, it is still on Chainlink network and viewable. that is the point.
