If Chainlink has potential to capture the entire world financial system. Saving billions with the use of smart contracts and erasing the need for “trust” as a whole, you better believe the ones in power would want to keep eyes off of it, whether that is so they can accumulate it themselves or because they hate the idea entirely is up for debate. Either way it’s the best long term hold out of anything
