well you can start by not framing it in your mind that getting past the job interview is like sneaking in past the authorities, because you're planning on just doing fucking nothing, and your subconscious knows you're an impostor
re-frame the situation to where you're trying to find out if you want to be with them and ask some actual relevant questions to that. when you go there and act like you're good with anything they throw at you, and don't show any interest, you're signaling total incompetence and probably a completely retarded worldview of how this shit actually goes down

yeah, i have same problem as OP, and betablockers help 100%. 40 mg is too much for me tho, even half of 10 mg pill works. When the anxiety starts, it just suddenly "melts" away. betablockers all the way. they dont effect you in any other way like bentsoes and such.
