I don’t have a huge investment in BBBY, I hold 2000 shares with some Jan 2023 $80 calls.

Currently down 73.00% as of the time of writing.

I will say this, I like this stock as a huge value bet. I’m not going to be buying more with the cash I have in my account, but I will be buying more from my pay cheques.

I like stocks and I like to gamble. So, for me I’m still placing my bet on this company even with the recession issues looming.

I’d rather be wrong and lose some, then not take the risk and miss out on a huge opportunity.

Tesla's valuation is justified on the fact that they can still theoretically raise $20 billion via a 5% dilution to build a factory that'll increase their total deliveries by ~30% next year.
As long as the stock remains overvalued enough that growth is greater than dilution, it has some support. They got a lot of benefit out of dumping a boatload of shares on the S&P at the absolute peak of the covid bubble.

Hard to say what'll collapse tesla, but once it does collapse it'll be sudden and complete, like all these other tech ponzis. A 90% decline within a quarter or two.
Personally, I think that some kind of successful lawsuit against the full self driving claims could be what breaks it. There are Teslas that've been on the road for 8 years now that purchased an FSD package, and still do not have access to the feature with the functionality that it was originally sold/advertised.
