Anyone else getting way more insultingly low offers than normal? Are companies so desperate right now that they are spamming more? Has anyone else noticed this?

Not really. I'm in software and I always get offers that are low ($80-110k) when I'm already making $110k at my current job. Not insulting but I'm not really looking unless its a 1099 and I can write off everything.
