The biggest X-factor with the Binance hot wallet was that it kept accumulating LUNC even after Binance halted trading after the LUNC/2NA fork vote past. It is truly a mystery how the hot wallet kept stacking LUNC when users could not buy or sell the coin.

HOWEVER, what is even more bullish for the Binance connection is that they are publicly burning their trading fees. Binance has literally burnt millions of USD in profit to support this coin. Even if the hot wallet is holding user coins (doubtful), Binance is officially supporting the coin through the burn.
