Stolen credit cards are used online for payments.

This board now gets filled with this guy's "tonydumper" shills where he posts from multiple IPs in each thread to make it sound legit.

The reality is that this type of fraud is actually really hard due to gift card sellers asking for IDs for any amount worth your time if you buy cards.
