.. /biz/ is freaking out trying to catch up with the rockets. If you are already holding these specific alts, wouldn't it be a better idea to take profit into BTC and then just wait for it to go up and buy in again ?

Haha yeah bro, it used to be called 'Darkcoin' back then (the snapshot uses the new logo etc). When I was loading up my wallets this year I loaded up my old Darkcoin(DASH) wallet, but unfortunately no coins lol.
