He's a smart guy and I listened to his picks on Monero and Verge and he's made me a lot of money. ZEN and SafeX are the next two he mentioned with low market caps but ZEN looks way more promising. I see it pulling another Verge in the next few months.

October PBC pick, endorsed by McAfee recently, tiny market cap, privacy coins on the rise (look at DASH, Monero, Verge, etc), shielded transactions, IPFS secure document publishing (think Wikileaks), domain fronting to bypass government firewall, working with Charles Hoskinson's R&D team (co founder of Ethereum), secure node architecture, great team comprised of former government hackers, NASA workers, etc.

As a guy who owns a lot of ZEN this coin is dead until the rebrand comes in end of January. They literally can not advertise or generate much publicity until the logo and possibly even a name change is approved. ZEN might be good in the future but for the next few months its dead.
