The longest hold I've done in crypto as a whole was 4 months I believe over the summer with ETH.
The most difficult aspect of this whole business for me is fighting the feeling of being under a time constraint. I feel under immense pressure to make moves constantly, it's difficult to manage, especially when / if BTC is in question.
however, I've made more in crypto this year than from actual employment, so I am banking on at least another year of safety for the time being.
