Potentially. If this first burn is particularly face-melting I do expect a decent pump. If it's disappointing (like hardly better than the burn tax) then we'll definitely see some kind of dump. Based on the Binance volume so far, I think it's safe to expect at least a few billion burned. After a while I'm not sure if we'll really see "weekly pumps" as you suggested once the excitement dies down a bit. Until one day everyone collectively realizes "oh shit, we burned through half a trillion LUNC."

It says "assess" not "reassess." It means they're taking a look at how well the burn tax has worked. Has it been beneficial or detrimental? Do we need to change the percentage? I actually think it would probably be a good thing to maybe lower the percentage. It definitely did have an impact on the volume, so even if we cut it in half to like 0.6% but more than doubled the volume it would probably work out better.
