sergey is just an autist who's used to playing the affable, deferrent lackey in the presence of those who have more power than he. it's a 'safe' way to play the game but it also indicates that he's used to being hand held through this process.

>> No.51692096

what the fuck is Sergey's problem?
>repeats Schmidt's talking points back
>ignores his experience and advice and just keeps rapidly speaking buzzwords back to Schmidt
>Schmidt criticizes Sergey for running the company on zoom, suggests more in-person meetings
>"We've had this conservation in private before"
what a fucking embarrassment

imagine a top 100 richest man on the planet who interacts with the highest level of government people regularly comes to your crypto conference, tells you that you're definitely on someone's list and start throwing around murder and extreme profit implications at you nonchalantly, of course Sergey shidded his pants

Not gonna lie some of sergey's responses seemed a bit sarcastic and almost rude. I'm sure he was just nervous though. Schmidt had so much insight on everything and I thought his mildly skeptical approach was very reasonable.

He was getting thinner as link was dropping. This is literally bullish. The fatter Sergey gets the closer we are to a massive big dick moon. He's stress eating for the last few months for what's to come (me)

Sergey is naturally self effacing and agreeable, with regulatory concerns and an image of neutrality to maintain, at the end of a highly stressful and busy day (their first live conference), while Schmidt is a retired influential and charismatic billionaire who has seen it all and doesn't give a fuck about speaking frankly and provocatively anymore.

>>51692071
It's essential to understand that this quiet, neutral personality is also inherent to Chainlink being blockchain agnostic backend. He wins by being friend with everybody and letting others take the spotlight. He does the "totally agree, makes sense" shit with everyone in public and downplays his stature until his vision will speak for itself. Compare with Emin's chat, who seemed like a terrible caricature of what a CEO should sound like, making high claims while having achieved little of real value.
