Hair transplants have come a LONG way in the last ten years. I'm planning to look into it someday, like if I can't get a wife by 35 I'll probably bite the bullet and get it done in Turkey or something. I don't think they can use your body hair kek. I think they just move follicles from places you still have them and leave you with nasty scars and it still requires you to take minoxidil and fin for the rest of your life so the transplanted hair doesn't fall out. And it usually requires multiple transplants because if/when it falls out it will look truly horrendous. Ultimately it's up to you, but I'd try to just work on what you can like your body, grow facial hair and so on, there's plenty of women that love the bald look(my current gf does).
