I did look again at the DOJ subpoena list. Kerrisdale Capital shorting ASTS, looks quite similar to Gamestop's chart. ASTS is a SpaceX competitor, Kerrisdale is also long twitter and short DWAC. Given Citron and Melvin's subpoena, not to mention Burry's subpoena as a witness, it would naturally lean towards being Gamestop related... this chart similarity is just further circumstantial evidence. I will probably look more into this and see what companies these shorters were going after.

Have you guys done any research on this stock at all? This is literally 101 stuff. They route all buy pressure off exchanges into private exchanges only they have access to, and put all sell pressure onto the lit exchanges. The reason there is no volume whatsoever is because there is no sell pressure. Literally 3 million shares traded on the day for weeks now with a float size of just under 3M. Thats one percent of the float being traded. It means that all shares are being bought and locked up, no one is selling, and liquidity is drying up so its becoming harder for them to sell as well.

I miss this question. They shorted the stock using counterfeit/hypothicated/made-up shares. They did this to the tune of multiple times the available float. There are not enough legitimate shares in existence for them to buy to cover their short positions. They are trading fakes back and forth. The only way out for them is GME bankruptcy (which was a foregone conclusion with COVID--struggling brick-and-mortar stores were going to die). Except, it didn't happen. And now it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
