51621066 No.51621066 [Reply] [Original]

>the Fed is not going to ease interest rates again until that blue line is underneath the yellow line. Inflation either has to collapse, unlikely to happen very quickly, or interest rates need to go way up and stay there for awhile. In fact the Fed target rate is 2% inflation- so we are likely in for pain until it not only gets below the yellow line - but until the blue line gets close to 2%

>September 2022 CPI data are scheduled to be released on October 13, 2022, at 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time.

The amount of money printed in 20-21 was so reckless. Half the PPP loans were straight cash grabs. Pissed away billions of dollars fresh off the printe

if you think rates wont hit 6%, youre a retard. there is nothing to suggest it wont, and everything to suggest it will.

if you do not accept this as fact, and trade via this information, you will lose majority of your wealth this cycle.

I feel like they're both just red herrings, the fed technically wasn't printing money, they just unfroze assets, more money entered the market but it didn't come out of nowhere, it already existed, rising energy prices can contribute to inflation but not this much, another factor is china decreasing it's production over some made up excuses, so there's less products on the market making them now cost more
but all of this just feels like drops in a pond, I think the real reason is a movement of capital on the global financial markets, countries are switching their reserves from dollar to gold, silver and other currencies, creating a flood of dollars back into america, 3/4 of all dollars are outside of america, imagine if instead of 1/4 america now has to hold 2/4 of all dollars, the price of everything will double in a heartbeat, the dollar is getting stronger against the pound, euro and yen but those are american vassal states, their economies exist to soak up american inflation, but now they're getting to the point where they unable to soak it up and they're starting to crumble

I'm not sure what's going on with saudi arabia, they seem pretty erratic but every large economy outside of america and it's vassals is dropping a lot of their dollar reserves, that's probably a bigger factor in inflation than anything but I don't think it can be politicised so it's flying under the radar for most people, even politicians who are aware can't really say anything about it, what can a conservative propagandist say about countries dropping the dollar? go to war with them and force them to soak up inflation? what can a liberal propagandist say? go to war with them and force them to soak up inflation? they both know that the public can't really swallow going into forever war against 6 billion people hoping that at the end of it their inflation will be eased, it's easier to blame biden or blame putin to galvanise your voter base and skirt by with your grift as long as you can

that just caused russia to diversify away from the dollar even more and greatly reduced the relevance of SWIFT, america's aim with dragging the war is to cause a regime change in russia and install an american puppet but that seems like a pipedream, the american army would have to start actively replacing regimes like in iraq and how they tried in afghanistan but it doesn't seem like they have the capacity to do that anymore, especially not against literally everyone, and in the process they're sacrificing europe and japan to buy themselves time
if I had to make a guess then over the next decdades america will give up europe to russia and japan to china, sucking up all their manufacturing to themselves and we'll be back to another real cold war where america will have a somewhat robust economy but lost most of their vassals for it and be completely isolated from most of the other large economies

The most frustrating part of all of this is how government officials act like this was unexpected. IT'S LITERALLY ALL ANYONE TALKED ABOUT ONCE THE MONEY PRINTER WAS TURNED ON. The feigned ignorance is insane.
You can't just print your way out of a crisis, and the chickens are coming home to roost. I hope people are able to keep their jobs, the layoffs are already starting as companies look for ways to cut costs.
