Fun fact. did you know the average single story home only costs about 70k in materials to construct? did you know that the main reason why most cant just buy land and build their own home is because the jews have erected rediculous county building code laws thousands of pages long which is impossible for any small independent builder to follow or comprehend making it so only a small priviliged well established and well financed building companies can actually build homes. this is one of the reason why you can't just build your own for almost nothing. That and the fact that they gamble on houses like it's a game. there shouldn't be a housing "market" . it should not exist. housing is a fucking human right. it's every humans right to be able to have his own place to live. this goes all the way back to fucking primitive tribes. everyone EVERYONE had a god damn home to live in.

I know a DINK couple that paid 600k + PMI for a TOWNHOUSE not a house in a 5% white neighborhood in Colorado. And they work from home. It's insane
