nothing because blackouts wont happen, there is enough electricity/energy supply. Fucked EU regulations are just causing a 100000% increase in your electricity bill, meaning there wont be a blackout but you wont be able to afford using electrical devices.
There is no energy crisis, its just another episode of EU-politicians bagging profits while getting bribed by energy sector lobbyists.

this is very probable this winter. when gas remains this expensive, many will turn on their electric heaters at the same time and crush the fragile electric power system of the EU.
