The Ethereum Compliant Transactions Act 2023
The Ethereum Network Blacklisting of Non-compliant Addresses Act 2023

Prior to submitting a transaction to the Ethereum Network, all transactions must meet the requirements outlined in these acts, or otherwise be subject to censorship. Censorship may extend to a permanent blacklist of your wallet, freezing of funds, and court appearance date and documents airdropped to your wallet via NFT.

The US Government reserves the right to hold your transactions at any time, without prior notice. Effective immediately, any wallet not connected to a valid blockchain identity will be frozen until verified. Any wallet whos transactions have not been filed to the IRS will be frozen until a valid tax return including those transactions has been filed and processed.

By using the Ethereum Network to store wealth, this must be declared prior to air travel. All air travel tickets must be stored on an identity verified wallet to be deemed valid.

United States citizens transacting on the Ethereum Network while outside the United States is strictly prohibited.

United States citizens interacting with contracts unapproved by the US Government will be censored, and may have further transactions frozen. Please view the Ethereum Approved Contracts List prior to interacting with a contract.
