2. ethereum launched with zero competition in its newly created market segment for at least 18 months

Finality and Decentralization matter more than anything else, and Algorand is built to maximize both. The Algorand Foundation should sell all of their ALGO right now, maybe even to Algorand Inc. Google wasn’t the first search engine, Walmart wasn’t first shopping center, and Algorand isn’t the first smart contract platform. All industries exhibit plenty of stiff competition, and their winners are generally built to win, even if the market doesn’t immediately appreciate them. Ethereum was built to lose. Algorand was built to win.
