You ETH people don't need your staked coins. There's more important things at hand

I just don't get how you thought it was going to be a good idea. The whole reason for the value behind ETH (mining / energy) has been removed. The price will drop below $100. This is needed for cheap transactions.

Eth is essentially a new product now. What eth was is now selling under the name Ethereum PoW. You can get the same product that was selling for 1.5k for $6 right now. Worth a small bet imo.

I didn't think as much of it at the time because ETH was around this price when I staked. Then I watched it go 5x and couldn't sell. It's not going under $100 though.
>>51521995
This is more likely, but even then it will last for a few days at most before bouncing to high 3 digits.

eth stopped being a fee token when they realized it wasn't capturing value from on-chain activity
and thus started the ponzification of eth
first with 1559 to burn eth purely to prevent miners accepting payments in anything else when eth wasn't competitive
then with more tweaking of the inflation after proof of stake, reducing issuance to such low levels normal people wouldn't bother staking outside of a centralized provider like coinbase
and then with launching a half baked upgrade purposefully ignoring 80% of what "2.0" was supposed to contain: sharding, withdrawals, revamped data storage, and heavily tweaked evm

it's easier for eth to larp as bitcoin than it is for ethereum to keep pace with blockchain upgrades
it will at least work for the mid-term

the PoS was driven by ESG jew finance to make it look good for the environment so big capital could buy it. plus vitalik is jewish.

big capital didnt need sharding as bad as they needed to fullfil their ESG propaganda for them to go all in. only reason ETH was selected by Jews instead of bitcoin. ESG and vitalik is a jewish. they want to jews to win and they want ESG to be followed

to be fair to eth, their misguided crusade to proof of stake was decided in 2014. peercoin was what, 2013?
proof of stake has been their goal for as long as ethereum became it's own thing, mostly because they at least had the foresight to understand its not worth competing with bitcoin at the end game of proof of work, custom hardware. proof of work really is a winner takes all game.

how is if that such huge development team’s financially backed by countless billion dollar entities, banks and governments can barely do codework from its inception to now that’d take just under a weeks worth of time?
meanwhile i’m following actual revolutionary passion projects like spiral etc where just one dev can do all the work of these multibillion dollar devs for free? at some point you have to realize they just don’t care.
