i'm 33. i've gained like 30 pounds over the past 3-4 years due to getting my first desk job. i'm working to get back down to 165-170 pounds but it's hard, despite lifting weights 3 times a week and doing 20-30 minutes of cardio every other day. sedentary lifestyles are pure hell.

I'm 37. I've been training for around 25-27 years of gym, competing in martial arts (mma, grappling, muay thai, boxing etc.) and just general fitness. I feel great and don't have any aches. 18 year old gym bunnies still eye fuck me all the time. Take care of yourselves anons, once your health goes to shit you'll miss it
