I have no idea what your objectives, thesis, or strategy is. That said, I like optionable stocks and suggest you rotate into writing covered calls for income. Right now, this is UEC and HYMC. Why do you have so many penny stocks? Buy better companies. I can almost guarantee that a blue chip, despite being overpriced and about to crash, will still outperform some of your random shit. That said, I would sell some of your junk and get 200 or 300 shares of UEC. Uranium tends to have 10% swings up and down every few weeks, volatile and ideal for selling premiums. What you'd do is look at the breakevens on a straddle and sell a CC just beyond it. If you're feeling bold and want to accumulate more shares, you can also sell a cash-secured put.

For example, in picrel, the market expects UEC to move to either $2.85 or $5.15 by November 18th, based on previous volatility and options pricing. Therefore, you'd sell a CC at $5.50 strike (or $5.00, whatever you're comfortable with). You'd get about $20-30/call with a 60 day expiry; just wait for like an 8% gain on the day before you sell the contracts.

Also, not sure how good HYMC is long term but you could sell all your shares and do pic related instead. This takes advantage of LEAPS and leverage to avoid upfront cost. The market is pricing in a $2.30 straddle for Jan 2024.

With this spread, you'd get $400 credit up front, and exposure to 1700 delta (eg 1700 shares). If assigned, you'd have to foot the bill of $2000 to buy those shares (less the $400 credit you have). Basically you short the put to pay for the long call, and get exposure to lots of delta.

Companies that have little debt won't be affected by interest rates. Consumer staples / commodities are always needed. And if I'm wrong, well I I'll just DCA over the next decade.
But at the same time I'm not going to try and time the market. Past 2 decades have shown that as long as Fed and other central banks exists, there is no way to predict short-term based on logic.
