If you buy an oil futures contract and you don't sell it before it matures they will taker it to your house. It's not even in barrels. If you do t have unloading facilities the truck will charge you by the hour until you find a legal unloading point.

This is why oil went negative a few years ago - if you were a wall street trader holding the bag you were about to get fucked.
