Should I sell my house now and live in an RV at my parents house until the market cools down? I've got 200k in equity and i'm tired of being a poor bastard. I didn't sell Link at $50 and I need a way to get a leg up in life. I only make 40k a year and support a family. Would this just be gambling? Do you really think I could lose out in this scenario? The writing is on the wall. I should probably sell half my Link now too before it's too late. Not even joking on that. I'm so poor my car has 250k miles and is a total piece of shit. My house is tiny and the paint is peeling on the walls and it's always cold. I feel like god wants me to stay trapped theres no way out of this town. My goals in life are just a decent house in the country seriously thats it and I can't attain it.

Get a luxury rv or a mobile log cabin dude, look into them. If you have incredibly low standards and don't need a lot of space, they can be pretty cozy

200k is vastly more than how much you would need to go to university/tradeschool to learn a new skill and get into a new career and move into a new city with more opportunities.
