The only thing you need to figure out is what will still be around after this bear market.
Anything that is still working on releases and is keeping up with the market is most likely going to explode in the next bull run.

I’d look at the top 100 list and and target a handful of project that you can learn about, and start accumulating.
Personally I’m still holding BTC, ETH and Link, but it shouldn’t be hard to find something you like that will give similar gains.
