Why does it matter if corporations and institutes own eth?

Why would an eth holder not want to be bought out?
if it means eth price could reach a 10k-100k even a million and they could live out the rest of their life doing nothing.
since when did we care about human morality and preventing new world order non-sense?
its like xrp situation i mean.
it just seems stupid from my point of view.
what man would not sell out his fellow man if it meant he could lord over them?
if anything eth holders should be happy they'll get to have a higher position then the rest of us.

the entire reason we are in crypto and stocks is to "make it"
if thats the case its in every eth holders self interest to get as much institute,corp and government money in their ecosystem as possible.
if it means selling out the control of their coins and banning "wrong thinkers" "persona non grata's" then whats the issue?
