Yea, it can take a while for businesses to plan a service rollout.

It wont be. If it's plugged in, it can be used. RLC doesn't blast CPU power to the MAXXX, it just takes X amount of power to be used in a pool. I.e. 10000 different Xbox consoles could give 1gb each to provide thousands of gigabites of processing power.
