Swift are piloting what looks like their very own oracle solution. I've always said they would obviously have their own solution and any work with chainlink was purely for educational purposes.

we used to talk about this in the XSG threads anon. We framed this as a battle vs ripple and the current swift regime. SWIFT wanted to keep all of their power and create the new system, which is what your post is. Ripple wanted to come in and have SWIFT (SWIFT is both a system and an organization) replace its systems with the XRPL ran solutions. The problem is the SWIFT team is dumb and everything they have tried is playing go fish while ripple is playing RISK. The speed and time to finality is no where near what the XRPL is capable of. Ripple has a 33 year headstart too. Go find the patent by david schwarts from 1989 :)

So swift takes data from 11,000 institutions then pushes it to an aggregator contract on a permissioned blockchain. Exactly what you would expect, and you would also expect them to be in close contact with the industry leading oracle solution while they build this to make sure they get it right

why do people think like this? Take a look at the way our current system works. Do we have singular internet provider? Do we have a singular payment processor (visa, mastercard, amex, etc.)? Nothing has worked in this world in the way that purists have ever described. You can choose the best blockchain in existence and I guarantee it will not meet the requirements for everyone that needs to use a product like it. This is why we have so many different similar businesses in existence. The narrative in crypto that one blockchain will rise and rule them all is pure fantasy, the future is multichain. We will be using a variety of different blockchains catered to specific needs that then interconnect with each other using a set system of standard communication (look at iso20022 which is a messaging standard). This tribalism is absolutely retard tier and will make many people poor.

Under the effort, corporate action data from SWIFT messages will be translated by SWIFT’s translator tool and uploaded in Symbiont’s blockchain. Symbiont’s smart contract technology will then compare information shared between participants, flagging “discrepancies, contradictions or inconsistencies across custodians,” Tom Zschach, chief innovation officer at SWIFT, said in the post.

“By bringing Symbiont’s Assembly and smart contracts together with SWIFT’s extensive network, we’re able to automatically harmonize data from multiple sources of a corporate action event,” Zschach said in the post. “This can lead to significant efficiencies.”

>The Argonauts slew many of the Dolionians, among the rest was King Cyzicus who was himself killed either by Jason or Heracles. The incident had been arranged by the gods Cybele, Pan and Bellona because Cybele wanted revenge against the king for killing one of her lions.[6] Valerius Flaccus recounts this account in the following passage:

>As Cyzicus upon his swift horse shook Dindymus where votaries revel with bloodstained arms, and wearied the woods, he was betrayed by his too great love of the chase; for with his javelin he slew a lion that was wont to bear its mistress [i.e. Cybele] through the cities of Phrygia and was now returning to the bridle. And now (Madman!) hath he hung from his doorposts the mane and the head of his victim, a spoil to bring sorrow to himself and shame upon the goddess. But she, nursing her great rage, beholds from the cymbal-clashing mountain the ship with its border of kingly shields, and devises against the hero deaths and horrors unheard of: how in the night to set allied hands at strife in unnatural war, how to enmesh the city in cruel error.

If there are no jobs then no one can use their labor to acquire capital. If capital can’t be acquired then we enter into a new feudal age of social stasis. The capital we acquire bud is the last time anyone will be able to do that. The only way to change that will be through mechanisms like marriage, inheritance, and patronage. Value will be in ownership of land, crypto, resources, and access to the automation queue which allows you to produce goods and services. We’re literally going to be nobility.

BIS released this the other day.
>The Singapore Hub Centre and the Monetary Authority of Singapore have launched Project Viridis to tackle this challenge, which builds on the previous work of Project Ellipse by investigating how the platform could utilise existing regulatory data and integrate these data with external climate data sources. Project Viridis will explore the application of advanced analytics to these integrated data sources, which could then help authorities to triangulate this information to identify material climate risk drivers that could affect the safety and soundness of financial institutions and the stability of the financial system.

When hyperinflation struck Weimar Germany Wittgenstein's father invested in American bonds and thats how the family stayed incredibly wealthy "like the Rockefellers". They were upper class but they wanted to serve a purpose. I admire them for having purpose. Wittgenstein did his best philosophy in the trenches.
You have done the same thing. The question is not how much of the old regime is my LINK worth as an equivalent but how much of a proportion do I own of the new system stamped on to every other financial product 16k/one billion total supply?
How much real value is tied to each unit of the current expansionary financial system, fiat? I mean real central bank money used internationally for settlement not the currency regimes that stablize value in between.

Bros, i think i found something.

>The Eleusinian myths and mysteries began in the Mycenean period (c. 1500 B.C.E.), became a major festival during the Hellenistic era, and later spread to Rome. The rites, cultic worships, and beliefs were kept secret as they were believed to unite the worshiper with the gods and included promises of divine power and rewards in the afterlife.[2] In the Gregorian calendar, the date of the celebration of the Eleusinian Mysteries has been estimated to have begun on September 14.

They were the celebration of Persephone's return from the underworld to be with her mother Demeter. During the 4 months that she spent with her husband in the underworld Demeter was distraught and no plant life would grow. But heres the thing, its a mediteranean climate, they didn't have a real winter. The period of death and decay for them was the summer which was a time of drought and baking heat. So tomorrow we celebrate persephone's return and anticipate a period of rebirth and growth. Sort of like how chainlink languished over the past summer.
