Just like OFAC pressured Infura and Alchemy to block access to Tornado Cash, OFAC may also pressure exchanges (since they act as validators) to censor transactions. What's the least censorable L1?

I understand PoW doesn't escape from this, since miners leave a big energy signature, they may easily be geo-located and they too may be pressured by regulatory bodies to censor certain transactions.

Monero
>I understand PoW doesn't escape from this, since miners leave a big energy signature,
Monero is ASIC-resistant and mining is already done illegally via botnets.

should be BitDAO’s L1 once its done with development
it’s completely decentralized and self governed by the community

This is exactly why Satoshi left to build monero, he knew what was coming and Bitcoin was basically a test net to work out how people can manipulate the system. God I love Monero
