Been following this since the first day of the invasion. The Ruskies basically had a bunch of LPR and DPR (those breakaway territories) fighters defending a lot of area while they redeployed and refitted the proper Russian army troops and they were out matched by some of the best of the Ukie army. The Ruskies help up in the south where the ukies were attack too, but in the north they got btfo. There are reports the fighters just withdrew without a fight in many cases. It will be important what the ruskie response is because if the ukie gains hold it'll seriously hamper the ruskie ability to advance.

I'm also hopeful that PRTY eventually receives more analyst coverage because while I hate analysts and think they're just pump/dump leaders, all it takes is for one analyst to come out with a stupidly bullish price target for the ball to get rolling. It has only one at the moment.

Make a plan and stick with it. Never let your personal feelings or market news get in the way of constantly sticking to your plan. That's the only way you'll achieve greatness. Ex: Your plan is to toss 500 a month into stock with the company name "suckitbitch". But the S&P 500 tanks loads as well. Do you split your wad or do you stick with the plan?. You stick with the fucking plan. You only change it if you have the extra wad handy. Then feel free to invest in both.. A lot of people don't do this. They let feelings get in the way. Then later they cry when their fat wads ain't fat enough.. or worse they lose it all.

It really does feel like the best way to "make it" these days is starting bullshit companies.
If you have a solid business plan and no cash flow issues then analysts and algos apply real value metrics.
If you are just a "tech" shitco that sells dollar bills for $0.97 each, then VCs and then later tech asset "managers" though money at you allowing you to cash out. Because selling dollar bills for $0.97 will always have infinite TAM.
I don't think Trevor Milton is going to actually face jail time. He will get fined only part of his cash out. So its just a tax, and not a punishment.

>NU
https://www.fool.com/investing/2022/08/21/65-million-reasons-to-invest-in-this-buffett-stock/

" Nu said that it now has more than 65 million customers and banks roughly 36% of the Brazilian adult population. Roughly 63.3 million of Nu's customers are consumers, and about 2 million are small- to medium-sized businesses. That's impressive growth for a company that was founded in 2014 and had only 6 million customers in 2018.

More than 52 million of Nu's customers in the second quarter were defined as monthly active customers -- those who have generated revenue for the company in the prior 30 calendar days. Roughly 55% of these active customers are using Nu as their primary bank. "

We are simultaneously hedging for depression in europe that causes recession in us through demand destruction as well as inflation due to commodity (especially energy prices) running up inflation. This is a real thing possible now. Movies are just a series of images and stable film can be created by AI image creators with some changes.

Altering the races depicted in a movie is possible. Same with other big changes and soon a lot of cgi etc will be enhanced with ai

The deeper question is what is valuable about content or IP. If there was a stock that was artists selling their work, you could easily see that it's probably soon outdated compared to AI image generation now.

Now moving to an era where an AI can output a movie from a script isn't that far off. So what does it mean for movie companies?

From free transfer and copying of intellectual works to free creation of intellectual work. If Napster wasn't stealing content but creating infinite music for download what changes

Unions (theoretically) fulfill the same role. Except in this case, well, you try pulling 80 hour weeks riding the rails then poring over minutiae of insurance plans and options for attendance policies.

that's an interesting dynamic with the spreads, since the long leg was cheaper the vega can end up making the long leg worth more, but for a limited time.
if you wanted to roll the long leg, you're still paying the higher vega for the new option, limiting your gains.
so the temptation is to leave it naked, which will work out most of the time and greatly increase profit. but when it doesn't you're in deep shit.
or your broker is, lel.

It's completely bimodal, all the bears bought 300 QQQ puts, and the bulls bought 330 calls, but fewer. I can't explain the mechanics but I think the way the MMs have to be delta neutral, it does make price tends toward the middle.

It'll just try to end up at 315 on friday, but it might be pushed toward one or the other at close. But the MMs don't care which way as long as it stays somewhere in that entire range.

Why didn't I invest in that company? People love goyslop and niggers touching their food and the annoying nigger that does the voice work for their ads, which are probably played on iHeartRadio all day long. Demand for their product will increase.
As we become a nation of fat, disgusting half-breeds you will see that the best investments are shiny things that niggers enjoy, goyslop that niggers enjoy, and whatever companies are best able to exploit how niggers obtain these items.

Yes but the MMs can simply bleed the puts out that they sold months ago for top dollar until they are worth pennies, and then load them up before expiration to close the position. Yeah, i think most retail has no understanding of options and derivatives trading and how that markets moves stocks prices just as much as stock prices move the options chain, let alone even knowing options exist at all. ‘Investing’ in the traditional sense you described is extremely naive and gullible and the powers that be do all they can to continue to foster that image as being what the stock market is all about. Imo, pretty much all the data people argue about with stocks is just a bunch of bullshit fluff that MMs use as a cover story to justify moving the market. They can quite literally run a news article that is detrimental to a particular stock and cause it to tank, in order to crush puts they sold, and vice versa. They have total domination.
