How do I sleep as little as possible? I'm losing so much money on an opportunity cost by sleeping, it's insane. I just want to flip my shitcoins 20 hours/day.
I don't have to wagecuck so can sleep/nap whenever. Shill me on some voodoo.

I counted up all my gains and found I would have made more if I just left all my money in ETH or BTC.

I'm gonna be rich in 6 months if I start trading XLM Ada and XRP with about a 1000 euros, right? Its alarming how big those growths are, I may as well leave my day job to trade. I could make 100$ a day minimum and thats more than I earn at work. Bizarre, we live in the window of opportunity

You could try some alternative sleep cycles. I think uberman gives like 4h of total sleep per day

Look up polymorphic sleep. I haven't tried it but apparently it works. Something about sleeping 15 minutes every hour, something like that but that's it. Can't because I work but that would be fucking amazing.

Came here to recommend this. If I remember right it's actually 15 minutes every 2 hours. Have never tried it because like most people I don't have a schedule that would allow it, but if you can make it work I hear it's amazing.

the dosage is way smaller than an equivalent dose of piracetam.

dyor, start small and titrate up until you find an effective dose. Don't overdo it

It's called polyphasic sleep, specifically uberman schedule.

I would strongly recommend NOT doing this.

I did it in college and it was a mistake. It requires a week of severe sleep deprivation to adapt to and about 95% fail to even adapt. I for example developed hallucinations, narcolepsy and sleep walking for that week and would wake up outside having no memory how I got there, people saying I had conversations with them I have no memory of. We now know sleep deprivation damages the brain as sleep allows your brain to clean up toxic waste products through glial cells - so even if you succeed (you won't) you are at higher risk of neurological and brain problems like Alzheimer's.

Tl;dr

Get your 7 hours a day + cat nap.
