It will always be like that under our current financial system and zoning/coding regime. Housing never corrects on its own because it's too easy a cheat code for landlords and it's too illiquid and sensitive for normal people. You can buy an option from someone who just lost 70% on it and he'll sell it to you without blinking. But the same guy will refuse to sell his house 10% less than what his neighbor got. And the landlord won't even list it in the first place because he's making money on it.

I can remember most of that stuff. but a lot of what I learned doesn't seem like you really ever use it since you want multi cloud stuff and you can't really use proprietary stuff in other clouds.
