because Binance has to make a statement about the on chain burn which means that they have to clarify for now that it will not apply to spot trading. They have to say this because its a multi billion dollar company and they have to make everything as clear as possible for retards like you.

Once they decide to implement an off chain burn tax then they will make a new statement about it.
